Track IR stops.

I have installed a new three screen cockpit view. There is a 21/9 ratio 3440 X 1440 center screen and two 24 inch 1920 X 1220 side view screens. I have set them up using P3D v4.4 View Groups and they look great with a minor problem. When I start up the flight sim and it is ready to fly Track IR will sometimes work for a few moments and then stop working, or not work at all in the flight sim. When I open Track IR it functions appropriately. 

In the flight sim I will go to the menu, open views and see down at the bottom of the drop down list three check boxes listed:

On_board (ChasePlane) -View 00; ...-View 01 and View 02. One view is checked and it will vary which one it is. When I right click the mouse and go into View Groups the correct one is active. Yesterday I deleted the camera config file and let it rebuild. TrakIR worked perfectly in the sim for a few moments and then quit again.

Any ideas about how to fix this?
