I have been using the GTN750 for navigation in the FlyJsim 727 and I am wondering how I can get the coordinates for placement in the cockpit (once I find a suitable place for it) Is the process the same for XP11? I recall editing the aircraft CFG in P3D/FSX, but obviously this is not possible with XP.

Correct. It's far more complicated in XP
