Downloaded AI Plans

Recommended Posts

I downloaded a free AI Traffic .zip, and when I unzipped it there were only three text files in there. Do I need to compile these into a .bgl file or what do I do with them?

Thanks!

Yes, you need to download AI Flight Planner (AIFP).  I find it somewhat intuitive, but a read of the docs will make the process more understandable.

A read of the TTools User Manual, which is listed is also suggested, since AIFP uses TTools (FS9) as it's basis.

Essentially, you'll use AIFP to compile the three files, aircraft, airport and flightplans into a traffic.bgl.

Open AIFP, select Tools -> Open TTools-Style Flight Plan File, find your files, select a flightplans file, click Open and AIFP will load the three text files
