Looks great, and of course this dropped while I was in the middle of a trans-atlantic flight 🙂

I'm really excited about the winds download option, this is something I wish more developers would add, to my knowledge it's only the 787 and PMDG's 777 & 747 - although this is the first that does it just through active sky rather than requiring a PFPX output.

Did not the original feature list look wonderful too? Yes it did, and that was years ago. 👨‍⚖️

So I will wait for the results/reports/videos that can prove this impressive looking list. 🧐 👨‍🎓

Just remember, that this is not the first attempt at many of the fixes of the 787 that have been called for, for years. The 757 had many such updates too and still needs more, so I'm not being ridiculous by the wait and see scrutiny, just being objective based on what is known.🤓

I truly hope this is the patch that actually fixes everything promised in the original feature list, if so, I will buy it as soon as I can confirm it.

I look forward to the long term success of QW. Their success is our success.👍

I agree, particularly for the longer flights.

However, iFly have had downloading winds direct from AS for many years now (on the 737NG, don't know about the 74) so they're not the first but it's a welcome addition.

Impressive feature list.

Before purchase, one central element for me is the Autopilot. So how is the Autopilot behaviour and accuracy? How does it deal with the plane, smooth or sudden changes? Are  LNAV and VNAV usable?

Why would this update fix or even improve anything that was "fine"?

Following...if LNAV/VNAV works right (does what it's supposed to without intervention required) I'll buy it.

Add me to the list of never having a problem with it. I’ve really enjoyed it every flight.

I did the update and now I cannot find any of my liveries anymore. When I try to reinstall them then I get the message that they already have been installed. I just cannot find them. I would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Bernd

So you all think that this update will break or ruin what you all call fine or problem free? If it is still fine after this update, then we must ask, did QW even do anything??🤔

Also, was QW in error for trying to fix or improve the AP systems? 😬

Do some users have different methods of autopilot use or different standards of excellence? 🤷‍♂️

I may need to re-evaluate whether I should buy it even if this update does "fix/improve" the AP systems for a majority of users. I may be one of them users that has a setup that makes the AP systems fine on the initial release and the subsequent patches have ruined it for me! 😧

Now I may have to forget this project altogether because either you all are correct or QW is correct and I don't know if Flight 1 will refund the same product more than three times; who knows how many updates the 787 may need and how long it will take. 😵
