XPR Garmin 430 won't install on Carenado PA 34

Recommended Posts

When trying to install XPR Garmin 430 on the Carenado PA 34 (FSX-SE on Windows 7) I get an error message "Destination Folder Access Denied."

I have changed access settings without success. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks

Mike

Hi, is this a DLC aircraft?

The GNS release notes for v2.4.9 mention:

Enhanced: Panel Assistant manages FSX-SE DLC Aircraft (in FSX\DLC folder).
FSX-SE DLC aircraft: panel.cfg may still be locked by the simulator in which case the modified panel.cfg file saves as a copy to rename manually (see rxpGNS_menu.dll.log file for details).

Is this what you are experiencing?

Yes - and thanks for the response, which works for me.
