online activation will not complete

hello.

i am trying to re activate my GNS 530 on a new laptop -

steam on win 10

but it will not connect. i get an 'error 2'.

i have used the Sim Supporter tool to disable the Microsoft FSX entry [not Steam]

could i get a fix please?

hello.

but it will not complete. i get an 'error'. The server issued activation codes, but the did not work on your computer.

You will have to await our support team's response.  It is the weekend, so patience is required  There is actually something wrong with the installation on your computer.  I have deleted the compressed link you posted.  They are a significant security risk as one has no idea what they're actually clicking on.  Please do not use compressed links.
