APU after last Maddog open Beta

Hi, just wanted to give you a heads-up that Leonardo changed the starting behaviour of the APU. The start switch now must be held in position until the APU starts up; before it only had to be moved to the start position once. Due to this change FS2Crew is currently not able to start it.
