fails to run after new navigraph update

After the latest version of navigraph when I start or do a flight once I get to the runway p2atc asks to tune transponder to 1200 then after take off I get a message permission to change frequency accepted then no further comms. any ideas on reason please

That would have nothing to do with Navigraph..  What you are describing is the correct behavior for a VFR flight.

If you've filed and received clearance for an IFR flight, then please send the P2A log file to me at admin@pilot2atc.com.

P2A Log files are located in: 
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs 
where <UserName> is your PC user name. Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.
A new one is created each time you start Pilot2ATC, so if you take the most recent one when you have the error, you should have the correct one.
