747 immersion not working P3D v4.5

Hi,

I've been trying to use 747 immersion with my Prepar3D v4.5 and all the previews are working, but none of them (except engine smoke) goes to green when I use any of the features. If I turn on the lights of the 747 all of them stay in grey status.

The immersion manger is recognizing perfectly that I'm using the 747.

Hi,

I have to say I am having the same problem with 4.5, I can see that the lights indicate things are intermittently being used but I cannot see anything happening. I cant even get the contrails to preview for some reason..

After observing those issues, click a few times on the name of the aircraft at the top of the Manager and send it to us via our support system with a link to this thread: https://oldprop.com/sim/support/products/747Immersion/

Hello

 

Same here, no effects are been show tested with 747-400 and -8i. The modul is activated in the Sim and the manager is Started as Admin. The green Lights are also on but ne effects been show. Example Contrails outside temp is -57 and the light in the Manager is green but no effects been simulated. Effects are set to high in Sim.

We have pushed an update last week to fix it. Try reinstalling it from VFXCentral and let me know if that fixes it!

Hello, this is not working for me.  Uninstalled the 747 feature and reinstalled it today.    After opening VFX again y notice there are no customization possible, just available uninstall button.... and also happening it is not working during flight... same as other users...

This is happening since 4.4 and no solution working for me so far.....

Can anyone please let me know if this issue is somehow being addressed?   Feels like no one is willing to even undust the topic...no response, no support....    Am i going to invest to get the other products effects on something not working for the actuals?  No guarantees after all.......is something going on around that i dont know may be, something being fixed, updated...?
