I´ve seen the SID MAMU2H from GIRONA to fix MAMUK is a little bit odd.

I think the VOR GIR should be out. 

Is it possible to edit a procedure to fix it?

Sorry, no. Certainly not for P3D and for X-Plane you can edit a text file if you really want to do this.

This procedure stuff is so insanely complex that I'm already happy to display 95 percent of them correctly.
