Weather radar in FSX?

Recommended Posts

I dont doubt they could include a weatherradar that would satisfy the average gamer, but making one that would be "as real as it gets" for the hardcore simmers, i doubt it.

Flight ones Bonanza has it! Really nicely done too! I think they get theirs from Reality XP! In other words, you can buy and add the Weather Radar by Reality XP to any aircraft. (If I am not mistaken)

> but making one that would be "as real as it gets" for the hardcore simmers >Wish they would do...:DI don't like if they make the sim/panels etc more "simple" just to satisfy the "average gamer". Just make it AS REAL AS POSSIBLE FOR ALL US HARDCORE SIMMERS! :-grrKasper BehrentzsDenmarkALL NEWS FROM FSX COLLECTED AT ONE PLACE!MY SITE, http://www.xflightx.piczo.com http://pic.piczo.com/img/i167876616_71278.gif

Nope, but we're trying to make sure we expose the right things in the SDK so 3rd parties can do them without pulling their hair out. ;)

Rather than expecting MS to code the most detailed items, reducing the amount of work they can do on the whole system, I think we will all be happier if they spend their time giving us the tools to develop what we want. What we should get from MS is a platform with some solid basic aircraft and decent scenery. From there we all can add the detail we want to see if we have tools and a complete SDK.It's always nice to be able to increase your development staff by a hundred fold. Especially when you don't have to pay them.Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-)
