When you say 'installer', do you mean the original installer (old version of the scenery) or the upgrade that I had to download from the SDG website?

When anyone refers to software, they need to keep it in mind that I now have 2 pieces.  Also, there appears to be a 3rd piece which is the entire software that you can get from SDG which is up to date (I think).

In order to answer, yes, it was run as Administrator.

I have tried following the instructions to reactive the key, and I get this:

No and the ground photo is not for my tastes and I can't find the file to disable it. Their support told me last year they were working on a new version I hope it will release by this summer.

If you have Orbx, try their airport elevation adjuster.   It works for me with SDG Cairo.

Yup, the ground photo is a mess. Had the same problem with SunSkyJet KPHL but deleted a file there and that fixed it (kphl).

I tried Vector elevation correction tool and that partly worked but still the whole airport is up on a plateau.

I think that if there is no solution, I'll put this one back in its box. Never was much good and I only wanted to try it with the new ORBX LCAfrica.

Maybe with the new interest in Africa, someone may come up with a better rendition.

Buildings are not showing and I tried a reinstall the website license re activation page went blank after submitting my license info. The main website says it has a misconfigured or missing certificate. I hope the scenery group is still here.

The support email comes back un-deliverable. Thanks to them creating such anti piracy systems I cannot install the airport that I paid for!

No reinstall needed I found the issue. The installer installs a file "toronto.bgl" into your p3d base scenery folder

This is where all the main building objects are located

i was cleaning my p3d out and this file looked out of place and I disabled it months ago

Looked into it with a bgl compiler tonight and the files had SDG Cairo in the name I put it in the HECA scenery and my buildings are back

Can we have help somebody has to know how to smooth out the surrounding terrain? And maybe disable the blurry photo bgl files?
