Planes Too Bright at Night..Reshade or Tomatoshade?

Recommended Posts

I am using TomatoShade, LIVECOCKPIT preset and Reshade, Felix Hunter preset. The planes are extremely shiny, which isn't as noticeable during the day but at night, they do not get any darker. I don't know if this is a reshade issue or a TomatoShade issue. I attached a screenshot. Thanks in Advance!

Most likely dynamic lighting settings.

Jim, I messed around with the lighting settings and the only thing that changes is the brightness of the plane, but the shiny reflective fuselage still remains and is disproportionate to other planes, as shown in this screenshot.

That appears to be one of the PMDG aircraft with PBR.  PBR is new technology and PMDG has changed all of their aircraft to PBR.  Therefore it appears, PBR and addons like Tomato Shade are not compatible.  Have you tried to disable Tomato Shade to see if this fixes the "problem"?

Jim,

I disabled TomatoShade and Reshade and updated to 4.5. Everything looks WONDERFUL! Just upgraded from a 1060 to a 2070 and I am finally pleased with the purchase. Thanks for the help!
