I also have a random question.  I have noticed for a while I have a ton of the planes parked at gates but very little in the air.  Then When i go under the fs settings in AIG there are no BGL Traffic folders.  Assume that's the reason?  How do I fix this?  Thanks

I also don't have anything under my BGL Traffic Folders under the AIG OCI Settings as well. There's no way for me to add the folders.

for P3D there is no need to have extra BGl folders selected because AIM is detecting them on startup automatically. If you see traffic in the Sim everything is as it should, Where have you checked the traffic enroute?

I put a post in your guys forum just now.  But I can use FSTRAMP to see the AI traffic.

as said if you use P3D this lists in the UI are supposed to be empty. Thats the reason they are grayed out

Thanks Kaii.

Lucky me I found a recent backup with everything from AIG on it. Just a week old.

Anything on V5 HF compatibility?

When I started AIGM this morning it showed a small window with V5 and I have to click OK to continue. Now I will only use it when AIGM is V5 HF compatible.

AIM OCI is fully v5 ready, we already use the first v5 native models (FSPX) and are finishing the last stuff for the other models to get them up and running. If you are a user of AILRP you are good to go at all times. Users that do not have AILRP can encouter some very bright lights at night.

It seems like the initial loading time for OCI has dropped quite a bit with these new versions? (I’m referring to the OCI installer, not P3D)

I've noticed this too.  I'm going to move my OCI files to my SSD though.  I would imagine that would help with the p3d boot?

Since the new updates (V5HF1 and AIG AIM), did anything change in regard of the extreme long loading times of P3Dv5  when AIG AIM is active?

no, this is caused by a new loading algorithm in P3D

actual I have no idea for AIM xD We did some parts in the loading process but no clue if they speed up some stuff. The new AIM 1.0 Version will be faster then 0.9, loading time will drop about 40-50%

Fantastic, I haven’t taken a stopwatch to it, but it certainly seems to be loading much more quickly.

I had a load time of 1.5 minutes with AIG in p4.5hf3. In v5 Aig loads in 10 sec.

Kinda hard to believe. I was expecting little to no change, quite the surprise!

I can easily live with the loading times for the AIG AI Manager, but the loading times of P3Dv5 with lots of AI is more than annoying and makes testing stuff extremely cumbersome. I mean, starting up P3D several times to see what effect this and the other change does simply takes ages. Quickly one or two hours are down the drain, 80% of it due to loading times. I hope LM fixes this in one of the coming Hotfixes or 5.x variants...
