May 10, 20197 yr I've passed the e-commerce email test procedure but when I try to download the software it says something is wrong ... try again. When I started the process I noticed that I downloaded a new version of the download process installer maybe v 1.4. I'm not sure but I really want the features your website touts to work with x-Plane 11. I'm a newbie with all the simulation software but I bought the software to refresh my instrument flying skills from over 30 years of doing other things. Can you help. BTW, the x-plane 11 is on a new windows 10 with what the kids call a beast configuration. i have 3 monitors and bought a 4 monitor touch screen for the avionic package. May 11, 20197 yr Hi, Can you please explain what is the "download process installer" you are referring to? Installation is 'supposedly' easy and further explained and troubleshoot with the help of our FAQ: http://reality-xp.com/store/faq.html
