[XP11] Rewind, then start flying again?

Recommended Posts

Is there any plugin out there that can wind back the clock, so I can re-fly desired part again?

And that's strange, because it's a somewhat demanded feature, especially for training purposes.

There's a trick:

Go into replay mode and go back to the time you want to start from.
View > Reset 3d flight path (or something like that).
Get ready and come out of the replay mode.

That's it.

Interesting!  I have watched the reply.  I'll have to try flying the reply.  Great for those less-than-perfect landing do-overs!

And the big advantage vs saving the situations is that you keep the state of the aircraft. I didn't try with complex aircraft add-ons, though.

Once you have chosen your restart point, you can come back and retry as many times as you want. You can't rewind before the point you first choose, of course. Good for perfecting those landings 🙂

Btw, Tony, maby this thread would fit into the Tips and tricks forum ?
