Sorry, not coming up with anything for LTAY.  Google keeps changing it to ITALY.

Did a cargo aircraft jettison a load of yellow paint just after takeoff or on approach? 

 

Anyway I hope you find suitable scenery. It's sometimes disappointing if an airport hasn't been updated or included in the sim, especially when you're looking for that specific one.
