P3DV4.5. Hotfix update time? (released)

Not unexpectedly, after the Hotfix, my GTN does not steer the autopilot.. awaiting news.. :wink:

Hi,

I'm sorry for the delay with this one but the hotfix caught us up in the middle of other developments, User's Manual corrections, etc... which we were doing on all our products (FltSim and XPlane) Not the right time for an update.

Nevertheless since you're post, we've release v2.5.17 with P3D4.5.1 autopilot support!

Besides it has been already documented but I'll take the opportunity to explain again so that others using the forum search will get more information in the future:

 

The genuine Reality XP GNS 530/430 V2 and the genuine Reality XP GTN 750/650 Touch are forward compatible with any Prepar3d v4.x updates*. They both only require a RXP update for the Autopilot to function.

 

*unless the SDK dramatically changes in a future Prepar3d v4.x update.
