Boeing has denied this already in a press statement. I could bother to try to find it and provide the link, but I´m too lazy.

So... single pilot cargo flights... the pilot's going to be pretty fatigued after flying and monitoring the jet for 10 hours straight on their own with no cross-checks .. need to talk to Boeing/Airbus/Ilyushin Pharmaceutical division to produce the good drugs...

When I started flying, the idea of a flight without a navigator and a flight engineer was not even considered. Just saying.
