Aerosoft A319 engines don’t start

I can’t seem to start the engines on the aerosoft a319 professional. When I use the Ctrl+E shortcut it works but starting then conventianally doesn’t seem to work for me. Could there be anything key in the provcedure I’m missing as I haven’t flown the Airbus in a while but other than that I don’t know why I have the issue?

Packs....ignition switch.....did you check that? APU running, bleed....?

Hard to say when we don't know what you are doing. Post your checklist or a short video?

Fuel pumps on, Packs on, APU on, ignition switch to start and APU bleed off.

 Bleed must be ON....as far as I am aware....you should download check list somewhere. They are available, just google it.
