After installing the Orbx Central, most of the default scenery has the red triangle next to them.

If you click on the Text Editor tab of SCE what do the first few entries look like. All, or most of them should include Local=Scenery\<folder>.

Also, you might compare scenery.cfg to a previous backup version of scenery.cfg that SCE would have made.
