P3D - Out of activations?

Hello folks - so I reformatted last weekend and forgot to deactivate my P3d install and now I'm out of activations.  I emailed the licensing folks 2 days ago and haven't heard back.  Anyone have experience on how long this typically takes?  I guess I can keep waiting but was hoping to jump back in the sim this weekend.

I've seen it as fast as 24 hours but I think 48-72 is more common.  And that does not include weekends.

Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, EVGA GeForce 3080 Ti, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!)  Windows 10, (hold off for now on Win11),  EVGA 1300W PSU
Netgear 1Gbps modem & router, (3) 27" 1440 wrap-around displays
Full array of Saitek and GoFlight hardware for the cockpit

They got back to me earlier this morning - sweet!  I saw business days on their site so that's why I was hoping it would be today else I'd be waiting until next week.  All is well now however!
