Freeware Fuel & Pax loading App for FSX

I'm wondering if there already is, or if someone can make an app that can be used for all different freeware add-on commercial aircraft, that can be used during flight planning to graphically show and adjust both fuel and passenger load. Maybe also showing Pax load divided by class. Maybe this could also generate Vspeeds that could be used on the Honeywell FMC that already exists.

I'm assuming it would work with each individual aircraft cfg file to be created.

I realize this is probably a long shot, but am asking anyway.
