FSX Crashes in mid-flight.

Hello everyone... 
My FSX is crashing in mid-flight (after takeoff, cruize, landing) while being online on the IVAO's network. Everything is running smooth when randomly FSX freezes and the blue circle mouse icon is appers and then crashes to deskpot (CTD). I think i have tried everything. I tried to uninstall the fsx with a lot of add-ons (120 gb), didn't work. I tried to install the uiautomationcore.dll, didn't work. Tried to run in windowed mode, didn't work. Tried to run in fullscreen mode , didn't work...
I'm very sad, because i love flying and for me flying is everything .

Specs: 
I5 3470

4gb DDR4

Intel HD 2500

Maybe i found the problem... I was searching in the crash history and i found this:

Sorry, it is Hungarian, but the modul what causes the crash is the FSUIPC4.

So, what can i do now?

Also,  see page 10 AVSIM CTD Guide on how to fix any crash in FSX. You can disable the dll.xml which is located in the same folder as fsx.cfg.  if you have any Carenado aircraft disable the entries in the dll.xkl.

This is the FSUIPC4's log. It says it is running on Windows 7 , but i'm running it on Windows 10. Can this be the problem?

As a beginning, Jim told you to update FSUIPC.  Your version is seven (7) years old. Older than Windows 10.

Current version of FSUIPC is 4974b.

I think i solved the problem.
I downloaded a different version of FSUIPC4. I completed a 4 hour flight without a crash.

May I ask that about where I can find FSUIPC 4974b? I have ver 4971 and use FSX SE.
