How to reinstall default weather.

Hi how do I reinstall the default weather in p3d v4?

How did you UNinstall it?  If you do not use a third party weather program, you are using default weather.

You don't have to do anything.

NOW - if you are talking about reinstalling default CLOUDS tec that have been replaced by REX, ASCA, etc - either restore the backups made by whichever program or as a last resort, do a repair install of P3D client & Content.
