June 14, 20196 yr Author I'm having problems with my RXP GTN 750/650 Touch X Plane. It just comes up as a Black Screen. Please help me. I don't know what to do. A Update with a fix would be nice for someone like me who isn't the best with computers. It worked fine for the time that I had it and one day around the time of the last update it stopped working. Please fix so I can fly again. This is the only thing I use for my auto pilot.
June 14, 20196 yr Hi, You might have a 'black screen' for other reasons than this [re: run as-admin] and it is better to start with the RXP log files for more information (see the RXP User's Manual for file/path). In order to run as-admin once more as explained in the latest version release notes, just run the simulator as-admin like you've probably done once already in the past. If you've never ran as-admin once in the past, there is little chance the fix applies in your case but you never know. In this case, just right click the simulator icon and select run as admin. June 15, 20196 yr Author Thank You for your response. Didn't work. I don't even have anything in my documents for rxpGTN. No Log files. Is there a way to completely start over with fresh install? I've tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing works. I Love this GPS System.

No Log files This is most peculiar: the plugin always creates a log file with a banner text indicating at least the plugin file version number. Do you have any rxpGTN plugin menu showing up? June 21, 20196 yr Author I give up. I'm not a computer Genius. I've done everything you have asked. I just want to buy a product and have it work. Is there a help line? This back and forth on the computer is going no where. This type of situation makes people stay with consoles.
