P3D Setup - Scenario Selection Page tick box location?

Somewhere there is a box to tick that tells P3D to open at the P3D Scenario screen.

Could someone tell me where it is?

Open P3D Options, look in the General section, select the Application tab, and you will see a selection called "Show Scenario Startup Screen".
