PMDG 737 Sound problem

Hi,

Im having some issues with the engines sound of the PMDG 737NGX. All cockpit sounds works fine, clicks, flaps, warnings.. But i cant hear the engines, even from the outside view. 

Someone have or had this same problem and know the solution?

Probably won't solve the issue, but have you tried pressing Q twice to reset the sound?

Have a look at PMDG's own sound settings in the FMS, there are settings that can be changed there.
