if  you installed  the  300+  liveries  no  need  to uninstall,  if  you  would  have  gone  to the  fsl  forum  you  would  have  found  your  answer

Using 8700K @ 5ghz and 1080ti

I have a 7700k @ 4.5 ghz and a 1070 and I fly it anywhere.  Frames could always be better but nothing could keep me from using this aircraft for ip% of my airliner flying.

I run it with 7700K @ 4.8ghz and 1070 in 4K. So you are absolutely fine. Get it, get it now!

I have only a 6700K @stock speeds. Sure, it is heavy on the frames, but the addon itself is one of the best.

I really love flying the A319 with IAE engines 🙂

Great update, if you are thinking about buying this do not hesitate. Probably one of the best simulated aircraft ever made. I am slightly disappointed this update did not include PBR however bring on the A321!

I think my download may be corrupted. Only extracts to 99% then fails with a Windows error message. Install works normally beyond registration but then fails due to missing files. Could anyone give me the size of their zipped file to compare? Mine shows 1,072,200 KB. Regards.

...  been thinking about getting this plane,  the reports of poor frame rates have put me off so far.    Can anyone give an idea of how they compare to eg. the Aerosoft A320 or the PMDG 737...   are you satisfied with the frame rates,  do you have to avoid large detailed airports etc

Using 8700K @ 5ghz and 1080ti

Lots of airbus fans here!

Lets be honest, though. This plane is a frame-rate hog, and it’s not very smooth for the frame rate you get. Performance is a lot worse than the NGX.

I happily fly the NGX. The FSL bus, I install, fly for a day or two, and then uninstall again because the performance stops me enjoying it, in my particular usage scenario.

Now, of course there’s heaps of people in this thread who love the airbus and are willing to put up with its very high demands. But you asked about relative performance, and the simple answer to that is that it’s worst performing aircraft that I own. The PMDG NGX/777/747 are significantly better, the Maddog is better and the Majestic Q400 is in a different league altogether.
