FSX-MS How to add ATC and air traffic to an airport?

Hello everyone! I downloaded the new Istanbul Airport from Avsim Library but the airport doesn't have any traffic not even a controller, it's like an abandoned airport. How can I edit this airport to make it alive? (and how can I close the old airport LTBA - Ataturk)

First Question ...... What AI are you using for LTBA (different procedures for different addons)

You could do this with ADE however you would have to cheat disabling LTBA and giving the new airport LTBA which is incorrect but the AI will then use it,

you'll need to tweak your airac ..... for your AIDRU to work etc.
