The not so super super ... 8GB VRAM?  I've gone well above 8GB in both P3D and XP11 at just 4K res.

Anyone reviewed pre-release versions yet ... is the 25% increase specific to a single game title or is that avg. across the board?

It is capable of 8K res but doesn't have HDMI 2.1 the port to support it (HDMI 2.0b?) ... it does have DisplayPort 1.4 but no HDR at 8K with that spec ... so it can't help me power this: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-65-class-led-q900-series-4320p-smart-8k-uhd-tv-with-hdr/6323711.p?skuId=6323711

I picked a bad year to stop spending on hardware and invest in my business ... ugh this is going to be hard since I love hardware so much ... have to pass on testing out this GPU.
