It is licensed to LatinVFR. Please refer to their forum if you have any issues with it.

If you are using the AI.dll, posted here, it is a free product, and it works in most of the cases. In the cases it doesn’t, you need to make some tweaks on the reference altitude of the airport to avoid landing short or flare issues.

This DLL came with the payware version of KFLL.
