CLIMB FLOW ?

I am in cruise and despite the PM saying 1000 to go at cruise level i still have CLIMB FLOW blinking...

Help ! I am supposed to start the descent soon (voice control)

The Climb flow trigger is 10,000 feet.

Are you doing some short little hop?

And if you're using voice control, are you responding to the FMGS challenge for clearing Rad Nav, etc?

Please x-check the PF tutorial again.

second flight, i passed 10000 and answered the FMGS Challenge , now climbing and CLIMB FLOW blinking let see what happen a t cruise altitude this time.

By the way FO doesn't say 1000 to go at intermediate climb level given by ATC

Well it seems it had to do with FMGS challenge not completed , it worked this time

Glad you got it sorted 🙂

The PM will only say "1000 to go" based the cruise flight level you entered on the Departure Brief page.

Remember, we can't 'read' directly what's in the Alt window in the FCU.

So it goes on what you manually entered for the cruise alt.
