July 2, 20196 yr I have both the F33A Bonanza and PC12, the GTN 750 will not function with either. I can make the pop up window appear but it is black and switched off. The GTN will not appear on the panel. How can I request a refund for this RealityXP product?

This is not the same as 'it is not working' then, rather, it is just a configuration problem (.ini file) which has lost the frame.rect= setting for the 3D panel rendering section. Reinstalling the .ini file included in the aircraft installer will correct this most likely.
