I was in the process of buying but hesitated. 

I fly Xplane on pc and on my laptop. If I buy the 750, am I able to use the 750 on both for one purchase?

the product EULA got you covered in this case: you can install on 2 PC, provided you don't run both at the same time. This provision is especially there for typical desktop + laptop use!
