I think they plan on providing information inside the insider program. I suspect the updates are more to push people into the insider program.

You are likely correct though.  The more people testing for them the better the final product will be.

11:15 in Seattle, they'll probably go to eat in half an hour. So we will have to wait at least 2 hours more... It's annoying for us living in Europe 😕

I thought they committed to quite a lot in their recent update regarding content delivery and what to expect in the months to come, I was quite impressed.
