I have a PROBLEM

I need help. Two weeks ago I purchased CP  . I went through Youtube and this forum to find a way start the CP program correctly. Unfortunately what ever I done it doesn't work.

1- I cannot  zoom      CP took over.

    2- An addition "function panels" stuck  with the plane.

            

3- I cannot control view changes.

I know with  experience person it can be 2 minutes fix, with me almost two weeks. Many un-install/re-install>  I read the manual,also.

There is no help or response.

 I have the uninstall CP from my PC. BTWY It was not easy to uninstall CP just Deleting "cameras.cfg". 

I will  try next time.
