Problems with Little NavConnect

Recommended Posts

Today, I upgraded Nvidia GTX 980 card to version 431.60 for Win10/64. Following the upgrade, Little NavConnect would not connect using Little Navmap on separate PC for either P3Dv4 or XP11. I rolled back to version 431.36 which resolved issue and restored connectivity. Just wanted to report for any other users with similar issues and looking for recommendations going forward.

Strange error. I'm afraid I cannot help with that.

Most connection problems are firewall related. Are you sure nothing changed there?

Alex

On the flight sim PC, I always turn off Windows Defender and Firewall. On the secondary PC with Navmap, nothing is disabled and it worked fine. I tried disabling the secondary PC as well but that didn't change anything. In addition, I still receive Defender warnings requiring permission to allow programs (P3D, XP11, Active Sky, Little Navconnect) to connect even though I have already disabled Defender. I never had this occur in the past and at a loss to explain.
