lots of bug in Imaginesim ZSPD

Featured Replies

I installed the latest version of Imaginesim ZSPD and there were a lot of bugs, but I don't know how to give feedback to their after-sales.
1. Using fslabs320, facing the 16R runway, the landing lights cannot illuminate the ground. When the viewing angle is shifted to one side, the landing lights are normal. Other runways have this problem.
2. The runway lights and ILS of the 17R 34L runway are offset to the right by 10 meters.
3. A lot of taxiways are missing.
I am using P3D 4.5 HF1, AS16, REX Skyforce

Thank you! !

I also own two ImagineSim sceneries, WSSS and as well ZSPD. While at least WSSS is a very nice scenery, the support by ImagineSim is just catastrophic. One bug for example, waves shining through the ground when using water on "ultra" was never addressed by them, as they simply told me not to use the "ultra" setting. What kind of support is this?

Then, WSSS reguralry leads to CTD while approaching the airport. I can basically use this airport only for departures. And again, support does nothing except suggesting to disable PBR and/or the animated traffic on the airport.

Means: this is no support. Suggesting to disable essential functions of the product is a no-go. Or suggesting to reduce the settings for a bug to disappear is another no-go. I will never buy any other product from this company...

Chris,

what OS have you installed?

If it is Win 10 latest build the only option to avoid a CTD is disabling the Animation!

Without the ground traffic no CTD!

Yes, I know that this is one of those "super support suggestions". But come on, I bought an addon WITH ground traffic, an addon WITH PBR. Suggesting to disable the one or the other to avoid CTD by the developer of this addon himself is... well, positively said: lazy. It is not a "solution", it is a workaround and a blunt one.

The funny thing: I never had "animation" active... So the next thing to test would be deactivating PBR. And sorry, no. It is not the customers duty to deactivate stuff to get the product working. Wrong approach.

I am going to shoot a video on youtube and then contact Imageinesim. With so many ZSPD users around the world, I don't believe that no one has found such a bug.

Simply people gave up as long as those guys have no forum, and provide zero support. Ditched them after ZSPD for fsx...
