Good afternoon,


I have seen an increased amount of users stating they are not receiving their login information to reset passwords. When I receive said request directly from the user, I also attempt to send the password reset link. What I am finding is that your e-mail provider is blocking e-mail addresses (DMARC). When this happens, none of the e-mails from are coming to your e-mail addresses. So I suggest that you make a trusted domain so you can receive these e-mails. Let me know if you have any questions.
