Installer 406 error

Recommended Posts

Today I'm getting a 406 error. Specified serial is not valid. Carenado or Alabeo.

I re-installed the ATR yesterday no problem. Re-installed a few others a couple weeks ago no problem. The serials I have saved are the same as shown under my account at Carenado. I'm suspecting a server issue at Carenado/Alabeo.
If anyone could try their installer to see if it's not just me I would appreciate it. Otherwise I'll wait 24 hours and try again before filling out a support ticket.

Funny. I just Googled the error, and it led me here. I was a little surprised when I saw how recent all the posts are. I wanna fly my new Alabeo planes.

I reinstalled TBM 850 a few days ago without problem. Since yesterday I cannot install any other aircraft in my account, I get the error 406 specified serial invalid.

I expect (hope) it's a problem on their server!.

I to had submitted a support ticket.

Hurray! The server's back up again. I was getting the 406 error message for the last day or so, but I was just able to install my two new Carenados without problem.
