Black Screen (window and panel) gtn 750

Hi, i have read all post about black screen in xp`lane GTN 750 and i have black sreen in window mode and panels in all the aircrtfas

- all files and dir have exceptions in AV

- reinstall all sofware and trainer

-delete ini files and crete new ones by the soft

- Test disable all plugings excep gtn

-Source energy: ALWAYS ON

 

Sorry for me english but i dont know how to do to work agian like ever

Trainer works fine but into the sim the sreen si black in all the options

Hi,

thank you for posting the detailed information along with your request. It doesn't show anything unusual though.

Do you confirm the 2D popup window GTN screen is rendering nothing as well or just the 3D panel?

We've posted in our G600/500 discussion we've found a rare bug which may cause a 'black screen' issue. It was discovered during G600/500 development and affects both our GTN and GNS V2. Although a very rare case it is possible and we are preparing an update with a fix for this and corrections to a few other items. I can't say when it will be released but we want to ship this update ASAP and we're finalizing a few tests today prior release.

Thanks Jean-Luc for the answer, i wii wait for the update, i always resolve the problems but this one cant do it. I did all i can do.

Yes i reviewed and no qurentined files in AA and the dir is in exclusion as i said in first post,
