PC aviator no response after weeks of attempts

OK. I feel for the OP. We both got a response to our questions within hours. I was fully expecting to wait a few days. Somethings out of wack with their support..

Similar experience here and I have been buying from them for years. As a matter of fact, I had a problem with a download link for a purchase I made from them this morning and had a reply from Robert resolving the issue within about 2 hours and I’m sure this reply would have been even faster if it wasn’t for the time difference between here and the USA!

It appears nothing has changed.  Until reading this forum I had no idea that I ordered from a defunct website.

I have an order # from the .com.au site but no tracking #.

Opened the .com site, none of my orders are there.

What do I do now?  My order is being sent to a post office are we are permanent travelers.  Without a tracking # I have no way of knowing where the parcel is.

Have sent email to crew@pcaviator just now
