PMDG 747 Activation code unable

So I bought the PMDG B747 Queen of the skies in January of 2018. I recently redownloaded FSX, and redownloaded the PMDG B747. Its asking for my activation code, which I don't have anymore. I've tried requesting to get the code back, but with no reply. Is there anyone who could steer me in the right direction so I can get in the air again. I had no problem with my PMDG 737, just the 747.

Do you mean you submitted a support ticket and got no reply? PMDG don't frequent AVSIM anymore, this is now a user-support forum.

Head over to the PMDG Support Portal.  You may be able to login and retrieve your download and license information.
