General? Greetings!

I'm a long-time lurker to these forums, and have loved flight sim since I was a child in the 80's. I've tapered off somewhat in my adult years, but have started using FSX and X-Plane 11 again in recent years. I'm really excited for Microsoft's new entry and will buy that as soon as it's available.

I'll be perusing the hardware forums, as I'll be in need of a new flight stick of some sort, as my nearly 20 year old Saitek 3D Force has nearly had it, and it's time for an upgrade. It served me well, but it's time to move on.

At any rate, it's good to be here, and look forward to continuing to learn from the more experienced sim pilots.
