UGCX does not respond after go ahead

Hi all,

After starting P3Dv4.5 on three different airports (EHAM, EDDF, LCLK) UGCX stops responding after captains "Go Ahead".

I tried different mikes, but no joy. Reinstalled UGCX but still nothing.

Please advise.

In the Aircraft profile, what's your interface method set to?  Menu or Voice Control?

I also noticed I have to wait at least 20 seconds before it registered my @Go Ahead@

Can you post your entire log please, not just a clip of it.

 

And did you see "Go ahead" in the Green bar when you spoke it?  Maybe it's just a voice training issue.

Ah I see... that makes more sense 🙂

In voice control, when you say "go ahead", the ramp agent should respond instantly.

There should not be any delay.

Please confirm you're following the manual so we're all on the same page.

I did everything according to the manual. Maybe you can tell me how I can safely uninstall UGCX. And than make a clean new instalation.

And Bryan the delay is after the initial call from the ground."Ground to flight deck". If I respond immediately the answer is not going through .

I have to wait for the green bar to disappear before I answer with "Go ahead"

Re-installing won't make a difference.

If you pause 1 second or so after he says Ground to Flight, does "go ahead" then register and the Ramp agents starts asking about the Comms check?
