CLS A330 Registration Key Not Working

Hello, even after you purchase the CLS A330 in simmarket, if you enter the registration code to the installer, you can not access the registration script.  Please try again later. "
  I bought it yesterday and got an error, so I tried it today, but it was no good today.

Since this is a commercial software, why don't you send an email to CLS? They have a contact address on their website.

Hello Thank you for comment.  I contacted CLS support but I didn't get a reply, so I asked a question in this forum.  I'll wait for a little more reply

CLS takes 2-3 business days to reply. At least that happened to me when I contacted them 2 weeks ago.

I can't tlll if ryoji was able to solve his problem. But maybe you can contact CLS via Facebook. They seem to be pretty active over there.

Has anybody else had this problem? I tried reinstalling last weekend, and I found I'm also affected. They are not replying, and I can't contact the seller (FS Pilot Shop), page is down....

I can't edit, so I will post again: this morning I got an e-mail from CLS, sending me a new installer and activation code. I haven't tried yet flying the plane, but at least I was able to install it. I guess this is the latest version; the installer file is from this year.
