But it needs registration on forum.vatprc to download which is closed. Does anybody have access? Thank you

Some are simmarket, most are free. Free ones are placed on baidu (it provides a password, but still you can't donwload, cause i suppose you have to buy bandwith) and the rest are located in the vatprc forums download section which requires a login
