PTA + Internet connection

Hi

Am I  correct in saying that PTA  does not require an internet connection for it to be used.  The connection is only required for purchase

Correct. You only need internet for the activation.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

After initial activation of PTA, if I was to edit the settings  would the program link to the server or request activation again in oder for the change of settings to take place?

No, once activated you can change settings to your heart's content.
