[Resolved] Not working with Traffic Global

Recommended Posts

Ai Lights Reborn Pro seems to not be working with Traffic Global. It seems I have wasted my money!

Is there a manual with this product?

And do I start the program before or after P3D?

I would be grateful for any help,

Kind regards

Richard

Traffic Global is an early access program that hasn't been completed. Most of these AI models are still missing all their lights entirely and therefore they are not P3D SDK complaint. I spoke with the developers and they are still working on it. They advised they might be finish it by the end of the year.

In the meantime I suggest you switch to AIGM-OCI which is a free and has a very large collection of AI Models.

The Graphic user interface has embedded help but we are preparing video tutorials.

No, you just need to open it when you wish to perform adjustment to your AI Lights, calibrate, apply and done. The graphic user interface do not need to be opened while using P3D.

If you have any other questions or need help setting up AIGM just let us know, we are more than happy to help you.

Hi Richard,

I will also contact them this week once again. But please you email them too, the more pressure we put on them it might bring faster results. Do you have Traffic 360? there is a way to make it run under P3D V4, so you could it it until TG is completed.

I will also talk to Scott which is a manager at Just Flight.

If there is anything I can do to help you, please let me know. I will be more than happy to make your simulation experience the best way possible.

S.

** UPDATE **

I spoke one more time with the developers of Traffic Global this morning. And I have some good news which I was authorised to share here:

@rjfry

Quote

TG Developer:

I tasked a couple of guys here with the job as of this Friday. They are currently stripping out the light effects from the model and replacing them with entries in the cfg (as well as playing around with some other export things).
How about if we get a couple of aircraft prepared as a test bed and I could share them with you later in the week to check that they are going to be 100% compatible, that way we can make a course correction if needed before we get too much further into it?

So, they will do a couple of models, send them to me, I will confirm everything works and they will continue with the rest.

I will keep people informed about the progress.

Regards,
Simbol

Do yourself a favour and use AIG's AI Manager, it really is much much better than Traffic Global.

**UPDATE**

Just Flight send me today a couple of AI models from Traffic Global to test. So things are moving in the right direction.

I will continue to report progress. This is just an example of the level of commitment and support I take to make my customers happy.

All the best,
Simbol

** UPDATE **

I tested the initial models send by just flight regarding traffic global and things are coming along.. the landing / taxi lights are still missing so I sent the steps about how to add these to JF developers.

This is a short video of a test of  AILRP with JF TG B717:

I will keep everyone up to date on progress.

Good luck now using 360 but not keen, I like the aircraft in TG it`s the rest that's the problem.

But why? Why use either 360 or TG when so much better is available and is free as well.
